	Reverend Scott Rees Senior Pastor Pastor Scott joined New Life Community Church in August, 2007. He has been married to Patti for over 27 years, and they have four children. He and his family moved from Fishers, Indiana after serving Christ's Community Church for 12 years. Scott is a graduate of Northwestern College, Orange City, Iowa (B.A.) '82, Fuller Theological Seminary (M. Div.), '87, and Western Theological Seminary (D. Min.), '06. 	Greg Smith Director of Worship Greg recieved his B.S. in Religion: Biblical Studies from Liberty University. He is currently studying for his M.Div. at Reformed Theological Seminary Greg assists the senior pastor in overseeing Worship Ministries at New Life. He chairs the Worship Committee and provides for a thriving worship ministry. He joined the staff in September 2009. Contact Greg at GSmith@nlcc-li.com.

	Mary Kearney Director of New Life Community Pre-School Mary oversees the teachers, teacher assistants, and Assistant Director of the Pre-School. She joined the staff in July, 2005.
	Jeanette Couillou Director of the New Life After School Program Jeanette oversees the staff as they supervise the children in the After School Program. She has been on staff since 1990.
	Chris Kazen Church Business Administrator Chris oversees the finances and facilities of the church, along with supervision of the support staff. She has been part of the staff since May, 1998. Contact Chris at CKazen@nlcc-li.com.
	Linda Elfast Administrative Secretary Linda assists Pastor Scott, manages membership, routes mail and meets and greets those who enter the office. She has been on staff at New Life since November, 1987. Contact Linda at LElfast@nlcc-li.com.
	Eileen Heintz Church Secretary Eileen assists the directors and ministry leaders, and does all church printing. She joined the staff in August,1999. Contact Eileen at EHeintz@nlcc-li.com.
	Wendy Pittari Pre-School Bookkeeper and After School Program Bookkeeper While she has been bookkeeping at NLCC since 2006, Wendy joined the staff as a part-time custodian in July 1999.
