About Pastor Scott
Pastor Scott Rees joined New Life Community Church as our Senior Pastor in 2007. Scott has been married to Patti for over 27 years, and they have four children. He and his family moved from Fishers, Indiana after serving Christ's Community Church for 12 years. Scott is a graduate of Northwestern College, Orange City, IA (B.A.) '82, Fuller Theological Seminary (M. Div), ’87, and Western Theological Seminary (D. Min), 2006.
Message from Pastor Scott
It is my heart's desire that New Life Community Church faithfully reflects the grace of God to our community through loving one another well because of the love of God we have received in Christ, and by serving as the presence of Jesus Christ. I truly believe that each of us is meant to walk closely with Jesus, experiencing new life in him and being empowered by the Holy Spirit to do his will in life. We experience the Kingdom of God as we live according to the teachings of Jesus in the details of life. It is my intention to help any and all who want to learn about Jesus’ way as revealed in Scripture.
