The Missions Committee of New Life Community Church is a group of people like you who have a heart for missions.
OUR COMMITMENT:
New Life Community Church is committed to investing 10% (a tithe) of the operating budget to support missions locally on Long Island, regionally in North America, and globally throughout God's world.
LOCAL MISSIONS (Long Island)• Deacon's Fund A fund established to help members and friends of New Life in times of financial need
• New Life Food Ministry Provides food to help members and local residents who have a depleted pantry
• New Life Vacation Bible School A summer program of New Life for children and their friends to know Christ
• Lighthouse Mission - Pastor Jim Ryan Provides several outreaches to the community including food, clothing and counseling
• Long Island Youth Mentoring - John Cragg Matches adults with boys and girls with need someone to look up to who will guide and emotionally support them
• Long Island Youth for Christ Provides meeting places for youth and introduces them to Christ
• Long Island Citizens for Community Values A local outreach that fights against pornography

WORLDWIDE MISSIONS• RCA & Wycliffe - Texas - Harry and Pat Miersma Counselors to missionaries worldwide and writers of material
• Words of Hope Devotional and Radio - David Bast RCA radio programs and devotionals published and distributed worldwide
• Pioneers (Hungary) -Jenn Martin Daughter of New Life who is involved in planting churches in Hungary • For His Children (Ecuador) - Jen Schneider (Personal Blog) Daughter of the church who is involved in leading an orphanage
• Association of Baptists for World Evangelism (Bangladesh) - Dr. Stephen & Stephanie Kelley Son of the church who is a missionary doctor in Bangladesh
• Mission to the World (Japan) - Peter and Diane Bakelaar A son of the church who is involved in planting churches in Japan
Provides a variety of activities to the youth of Hungary
